What is your Managed Services Contract?

Every agreement that we enter into will be customer-centric. Every business and industry has different needs and requirements. We like to tailor our agreement using the services mentioned above to get you the services you need and prices you can afford! 

What is Remote Monitoring and Maintenance?

We monitor your devices for any errors that may be occurring. We will get a notification of the error and reach out to you to set up a course of action.
We also automate all the boring things you are supposed to be doing but don’t! All the minor steps of preventive maintenance are taken off your plate and we ensure your assets are running optimally!

Do I need a contract for you to work with us?

No, no contract is needed for our services! We can do what is called the “break-fix” model. You only call us when you have an issue. We show up, repair it, and then get out of your way to let you do what you do best!

What brands of computers do you service? 

We can work on all brands of desktops and laptops!

How long does a typical repair take? 

This depends on the complexity, workload, and if parts must be ordered. Generally speaking, we try to get devices back to you in 3 days. We work to communicate all the steps and expectations with you through this process. 
Most iPhone repairs are same-day
iPad repairs most sit overnight

What are your business hours? 

Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Do you offer remote support? 

Yes! We can remote into your computer if it powers on and has internet access. If not, we will need to make arrangements on a service call to your location or you can bring it into our shop. 

How much do your services cost? 

Some things are a fixed rate, and some things are hourly. We will communicate prices before the repair has started.
Service calls are hourly at $65 per hour
A trip charge will be charged if you are outside Eastman, GA. 
Within Dodge County will be $20
Outside of Dodge County will be $.65 per mile round trip

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards, and cash app.
Our cash app is $lowrypc

Do you offer warranties on your repairs? 

This differs depending on the repair. The exact warranty will be explained before the repair is done. 
iPhone screens carry a 1-year hardware warranty.
Refurbished computers carry a 1-year hardware warranty. 

How do you protect my data during repairs? 

We treat your data with the sensitivity it deserves. No device is left where anyone could walk in and access it. Our work area is partitioned from the lobby, where we interact with customers. Passwords are never displayed for anyone to see. 

What happens if I can't retrieve my data? 

We have a lab that we send your device or drive to do in-depth recovery.  This will be discussed with you before it is sent off.
